Who we are
Aevos, Inc. operates this website and provides Aevos services. You can contact us at hello@aevos.io.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us:
- By email: your name, work email address, company, and what you tell us about your team, your agents and your repositories.
- During an engagement: the repository material, git history and related documents you share with us, plus the billing contact details needed for invoices.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Like any web host, the company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs for operation and security. We do not use this website to track visitors.
How we use information
We use the information to reply to your inquiries, deliver the engagement you ask for, send invoices, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or customer data. We share information only where needed to deliver an engagement or run our business, for example with our email and invoicing providers, and where the law requires it.
Repository material
Code and repository data you share for an engagement is used only to perform that engagement. Once the engagement ends, you can ask us in writing to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Retention
We keep correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to run the engagement and for accounting and legal record-keeping.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@aevos.io.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
